Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Astromira (the website at https://astromira.app, the free calculators, personal reports, forecasts and the member area, together the "Service"). The Service is provided by Adriatic Apps d.o.o., [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], Croatia, OIB [OIB], registered at [Commercial Court], MBS [number] ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying something from us you agree to these Terms.
1. What Astromira is, and what it is not
Astromira calculates astrological charts from the birth details you enter and offers texts that interpret them, for self-reflection and entertainment. The positions of the planets are calculated with established astronomical methods. Their astrological meaning is a tradition of interpretation, not a scientific fact.
Nothing in the Service is a prediction you should rely on, or advice about health, pregnancy, money, investments, legal matters or safety. Please make important decisions with the help of qualified professionals. If you are in distress, contact someone you trust or a local support service.
AI-written texts. Reports, forecasts and chat answers are written by an AI model from the positions in your chart. They are labelled as AI-written, may contain mistakes, and are not written or checked by a human astrologer.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or buy anything.
3. Your account and other people's data
You are responsible for the email address you give us and for keeping access to it secure. If you enter another person's birth details (for example, for a compatibility check), make sure they would be comfortable with it.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
We sell directly; payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. The price, what you get, and for subscriptions the renewal price and interval are shown next to the pay button before you pay.
- Reports are one-time purchases. You get access to the report in your account for as long as your account exists.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Cancelling takes two clicks in your account (“Manage subscription”) or one email to hello@astromira.app. It stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes. We tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
5. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
See our Refund Policy. In short: if you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it.
6. Using the Service fairly
The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell or republish our texts in bulk, try to access other users' data, or interfere with how the Service works.
7. Our content
We own, or have permission to use, the texts, design and software in the Service. Your personal report is yours to keep, print and share privately. Planetary positions are calculated with Astronomy Engine (MIT licence); place names and coordinates come from GeoNames (geonames.org, CC BY 4.0).
8. Changes to the Service
We improve the Service over time and may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological texts, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Service, cancel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms; if we do so without a good reason, we refund the unused part of your subscription.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@astromira.app; most issues can be solved quickly by email.
